A deposit equal to 25% of the total stay (including taxes and fees) is required at the time of booking to guarantee your stay.  To prevent any issues with your booking, please ensure a valid credit card is provided at the time of purchase.  Bookings on an invalid credit card are subject to cancellation. 

Cancellations are accepted 30-60 days prior to arrival, based on the schedule below. During this time, the full balance will be due and your credit card charged unless we hear otherwise. Cancellations or modifications within 30-60 days are nonrefundable, including for shortened stays or delayed arrivals. We encourage you to review the specific rate details before finalising your booking.

We must reserve the right to move your reservation to a comparable unit or offer you an upgrade if a comparable condominium is not available. This rarely happens, but we ask for your understanding in these situations. If we have reserved the specific condominium you have requested and must move you, a staff member will call you to discuss the options available. All guests are guaranteed the condominium category they reserve or an upgrade to the next category.

A damage protection fee of $55 per room per stay applies. This insures up to $3000 worth of protection. A cleaning fee of $300 per room per stay applies.
